CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA, February 9, 2026 - AND Capital Ventures (“AND Capital”) announced it will host a networking social on February 17 at the firm’s Calgary headquarters, bringing together its leadership team, partners, and collaborators for an evening of connection during the Builder’s Summit.
The event will take place on the 28th floor of The Edison, 150 9th Ave SW, Suite 2800, Calgary, Alberta, located directly across from the Fairmont Palliser. The evening is designed to bring stakeholders together in an informal setting before the firm’s inaugural three-day strategic planning summit begins the following morning.
The day prior, on February 16, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in “Future of AI is NOW,” a 90-minute Day 0 session exploring new ways of working with AI in fund management and deal execution, led by Chris Rex and Daniel Liebeskind.

The social takes place on the opening evening of the Builder’s Summit, a three-day event running February 17–19 that brings together AND Capital co-founders Teruel Carrasco and Rod Heard, AND Capital COO Jennifer Sethre, 3AC Capital partners Loren Brink and Dr. Denise Brown, and Next Chapter Advisory Group partners Ewing Gillaspy, Mark DeChant, and Chris Rex to align on governance, Fund I execution, and the launch of the firm’s M&A advisory practice.
