CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA, February 27, 2026 - AND Capital Ventures ("AND Capital") announced the appointment of David Ennio Minor as Venture Partner, a part-time strategic role focused on leveraging his global network and cross-industry expertise to source limited partners, co-investments, and fund commitments for the firm's private equity platform.
Minor joins AND Capital as a trusted connector and ambassador for the firm's mission in ethical, non-extractive private equity. In his role, he will focus on selective fundraising and LP relationship-building with family offices, institutional partners, and aligned capital providers. Minor brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial, artistic, and technological experience to the role. He is the CEO and founder of GLOAM Studios, a creative technology company at the intersection of culture and emerging media. His career spans disciplines: he trained as a dancer at the Joffrey Ballet, composed music for the Royal Danish Theatre, held a Stanford Robotics fellowship, and led partnerships at Tendermint, the company behind the Cosmos blockchain ecosystem. This cross-sector fluency gives him an unusual ability to connect disparate worlds, from deep tech to performing arts, from Silicon Valley to emerging markets.
